Omowale is a dynamic professional with a passion for risk management and innovative insurance solutions. A graduate of The University of Manchester’s Alliance Manchester Business School with a degree in International Business, Finance & Economics, she embarked on a career journey that led her to specialize in insurance and alternative risk transfer solutions.
Beginning her insurance career at Leadway Assurance Company Limited, Omowale gained broad experience involving multiple fields, ultimately specializing in (re)insurance underwriting and claims for Aviation and Energy (Oil & Gas, Power) policies. Her dedication to her clients’ best interests led her to pursue professional qualifications, including the Chartered Insurance Broker designation and Certified Climate Risk Professional certification.
At Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited, Omowale has demonstrated exemplary leadership and strategic acumen in her roles as Head of Lagos Operations and Head of the Special Risks department. Her unwavering commitment to excellence aligns perfectly with the company’s mission to provide personalized service and satisfaction to our clients and stakeholders.
OMOWALE OLATUNDE-AGBEJA, BA (Hons), ACII
Omowale Olatunde-Agbeja is the Head of Operations overseeing the Lagos environs, a Chartered Insurance Broker by profession and an Associate member of the Chartered Insurance Institute. Her industry experience spans almost a decade across a range of sectors including Aviation, Oil & Gas, Marine Energy and Reinsurance. She has handled policies for large and small firms, national and international corporations and is conscientious about effective communication in all aspects of the job.
She enjoys research and seeks to remain current with industry trends.
FEHINTOLA OLATUNDE-AGBEJA, BSc, FCA, MCIB
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION
Fehintola joined the company in an executive role in 2019 upon retirement as the Branch Controller of the Abeokuta branch and a Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria in 2018, after more than thirty-two years of service. She also worked as an Internal Auditor and carried out online and off-site supervision of Deposit Money Banks and Other Financial Institutions.
A University of Lagos graduate in Mathematics & Computer Science and a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, her quest for learning is continuous, with her most recent acquisition, being the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)’s Certified Micro-finance qualification obtained in 2019.
Fehintola is a member of the board of Living Trust Mortgage Bank, Osogbo as an independent non-executive director.
FEHINTOLA OLATUNDE-AGBEJA BSc., FCA
Fehintola Olatunde-Agbeja retired as a Director of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) after over three decades of service with an unblemished record. Her career with the CBN spanned across several departments and impacted internal policies and operations, Corporate Governance, Deposit Money Banks (DMBs) and Other Financial Institutions (OFIS). As a former Principal Internal Auditor at the CBN, she has hands-on experience with the know-how and process of banking operations as well as the purpose behind each process. This, as well as other departments worked in, aided her in the field whilst examining Deposit Money Banks and thereafter, in a supervisory capacity, Other Financial Institutions nationwide.
Consequent to the experience gained as the head of OFIS and her vast knowledge of deposit money, retail and micro-finance banking, Fehintola’s expertise has been relied on to facilitate training sessions involving corporate governance and compliance within the banking industry.
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, her quest for learning is continuous, with her most recent acquisition, being the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN)’s Certified Micro-finance qualification. She extends this passion to young persons in her field, helping them explore their capabilities to rise beyond expectations, mentoring them through their career.
Presently, Fehintola works as the Executive Director, Finance and Administration of Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited.
ADELEKE O. ODUOYE, BSC, ACA, ACIT
GENERAL MANAGER / CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
Leke is the Chief Financial Officer of the company. A graduate of Statistics from the University of Ilorin. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria (ICAN) and also an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria (CITN).
He worked with Oyelami Soetan Adeleke & Co. (Chartered Accountants) now Baker Tilly (Chartered Accountants), an auditing firm as an audit staff for five (5) years before joining the accounts department of Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited in the year 2005.
He has attended various seminars, and workshops on Information & Communication Technology (ICT), Financial Reporting, and Compliance.
ADELEKE O. ODUOYE, BSC, ACA, ACIT

LAWRENCE A. AJAYI, BSc (Hons) MBCS(UK)
DEPUTY GENERAL MANAGER / HEAD OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Lawrence Ajayi is a first-class graduate of the esteemed University of Hertfordshire in the United Kingdom, having studied information technology. He is a Professional Member of the Chartered Institute for IT, a division of the British Computer Society. In 1997, he began working as a System Analyst at Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited. He has a background in system development and networking administration and is primarily responsible for hardware utilization and outsourcing, network upgrades, and Internet facilities management. He created the Boff Insurance Brokers Software (BBS), which the business is still using today.
He has more than 20 years of expertise in software engineering, system development, and integration using modern IDEs (Integrated Development Environments). He was the Team lead responsible for the deployment of the recent mission-critical BOFF Wide Area Web Application (BOFFWAAP) to the Microsoft Azure Platform as a Service (PaaS) Cloud Platform for efficient client servicing and Remote Working.
LAWRENCE A. AJAYI, BSc (Hons) MBCS(UK)
He is the Head of the Information Technology Department. A First-Class graduate of Information Technology from the prestigious University of Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. He is a Professional Member of British Computer Society – The Chartered Institute for IT.
Professionally, he is sound, analytical, dynamic and innovative. He joined Boff & Company in 1997 as a system analyst, specializing in system development and networking administration with direct overall responsibility for hardware outsourcing and utilization, network upgrade and Internet facilities Management. He developed the Boff Insurance Brokers Software (BBS), currently in use in the company.
He has over 20 years’ experience in Software Engineering, System Development and Integration using modern IDE (Integrated Development Environment). He is the Team Leader for the Mission-Critical Wide Area Network Web Application, currently being deployed to the Microsoft Azure Cloud Platform for effective client servicing.
He has attended many leadership and management courses, seminars, workshops and conferences which have tremendously improved his performance.
AWELE A. AYETUOMA, BSc, AIIN, ACIB
ASST. GENERAL MANAGER / HEAD OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
A graduate of the University of Benin, Edo State, Awele joined Boff & Company Insurance Brokers in 2004 as a Senior Superintendent and rose to become the Head of the Eastern Area Operation in 2007. She oversaw all claims, marketing and underwriting for the region.
An Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (CIIN) by examination with 20 years of work experience in the brokerage sector. She has attended many professional courses, workshops, seminars and conferences in Insurance Management, Oil and Gas and Leadership matters both locally and internationally.
AWELE A. AYETUOMA, BSc, AIIN

Ndidi is the Head of Operations Eastern Area and a graduate of Geography from Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-Ife with a Master’s degree in Geography & Environmental Management from the University of Port Harcourt, Rivers State.
She has over ten (10) years of working experience in the insurance industry and has attended several workshops, Seminars, and conferences in Insurance.

ISMAIL A. AZEEZ, BSc, ACIPM
HEAD, HUMAN RESOURCES AND ADMINISTRATION
Ismail is the Head of Human Resources and administration. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Administration from the esteemed Obafemi Awolowo University.
He holds a license to practice human resources as an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria.
He joined Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited after more than ten years of experience as a Trainer, Data analyst, Administrator, People’s Manager, and Information Technology specialist.

MARIAM MURITALA, BSc, MSC, AIIN
ASSISTANT MANAGER/HEAD OF THE LAGOS AREA
Mariam is a graduate of Insurance from Redeemers University. She is an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and also holds a Master’s degree in Risk Management from the University of Lagos.
Mariam is a core Professional with over 6 years of professional experience in Risk Management, Insurance underwriting, and Claims handling. She started her career with Great Nigeria Insurance Plc as an Underwriter before joining Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited in 2023.
She likes reading articles and journals to remain current with industry trends. She has also attended professional courses in Quality Assurance, Insurance Underwriting, Claims Administration, and Reinsurance.
