A fellow of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers, Babajide graduated from the University of Ife with a degree in Economics in 1980. He trained as an Insurance Broker with the firm of Femi Johnson & Company and resigned as a Senior Manager after ten years of dedicated service.

He became the pioneer Managing Director of Boff & Company Insurance Brokers Limited in September 1991 and a Chartered Insurance Practitioner in 1995. He became a Chartered Insurance Broker in April 2002. He has extensive knowledge and experience in both local and international placement of risks and has attended many Management, Leadership and Insurance Courses within and outside Nigeria. A dedicated member of the Junior Chamber International (JCI), he was the National President of the Nigerian Junior Chamber ( a Management and Leadership Organization) in 1995 and the World Vice President in 1996 assigned to oversee the activities of the organization in the U.S.A and Dutch Caribbean. He was awarded an International Graduate (IG) of the Junior Chamber International Training Institute in 1996. He has delivered twelve (12) international Papers and has attended Ninety-five (95) International Conferences. He is a Council member of the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers(NCRIB) and served as the President and Chairman of the council between October 2005 and October 2007. He also served as the Chairman board of fellows of NCRIB from 2010 to 2015.
In the year 2006, he bagged the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria merit award in recognition of his professionalism as an Insurance Broker of repute and integrity.
He was the Chairman of CRIB Pension Fund Managers Limited and BBG Sierra Engineering Limited and he sits on the board of other companies involved with real estate, investment, finance, stock broking and equipment leasing.
A good golfer, he served as the captain of the Ibadan Golf Club from April 2011 to March 2013 and was appointed a Trustee of the club in the year 2016 for his tremendous contribution to the progress of the club.
He had earlier in the year 2015 been appointed a Trustee of the prestigious Ibadan Polo Club.
Also in 2016, he was appointed a member of the Board of Trustees of the Global Youth Empowerment Fund an initiative to empower young people around the world to impact their communities by investing in grassroots community projects in support of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals.
CHIEF AKIN AKINOLA, FCA
DIRECTOR
A fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria, he was the pioneer Managing Director of International Breweries PLC. Prior to that, he worked at the senior Management level of Lever Brothers PLC where he excelled both within and outside Nigeria. He was the Chairman of International Breweries PLC, Chairman of Osun State Investment Corporation and Governor of Rotary International District 914.
FEHINTOLA IBIDUNNI OLATUNDE-AGBEJA, BSc, FCA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR(FINANCE & ADMIN.)
A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, she graduated in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Lagos, Lagos. Thereafter, she became an Audit Trainee at the accounting firm of Peat, Marwick, Ani, Ogunde & Co. (now KPMG) and qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1987.
FEHINTOLA IBIDUNNI OLATUNDE-AGBEJA, BSc, FCA
She joined the services of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) as a Senior Supervisor in 1986 and her experience spanned over thirty-two (32) years in the key areas such as Banking Operations, Internal Audit, Banking and Other Financial Institutions Supervision amongst others. She has attended various leadership, management and professional courses in Nigeria, United Kingdom, Canada and the USA.
She became an Executive, that is, appointed an Assistant Director of the CBN in 2006, and further appointed as the Branch Controller of CBN Abeokuta Branch, Ogun State where she retired as a Director in September 2018. She joined Boff & Company as Executive Director, Finance and Administration in February 2019.
MR. ASUE IGHODALO, B.Sc, LL.B, B.L
DIRECTOR
Asue Ighodalo is a founding partner of Banwo & Ighodalo, one of the foremost commercial law firms in Nigeria. He obtained his first degree in Economics from the University of Ibadan, a law degree from the London School of Economics and Political Science; and was admitted into the Nigerian Bar in July 1985.

His core areas of practice are Corporate and Project Finance, Securities and Capital Markets, Energy & Natural Resources, and Mergers & Acquisitions.
Asue is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association (past Chairman of the Section on Business Law), International Bar Association (Section on Energy and Natural Resources Law), Association of International Petroleum Negotiators, Institute of Directors Nigeria, Commercial Law and Taxation Committee of the Lagos Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria.
Asue is the Chairman, Board of Directors, Sterling Bank Plc, Dangote Flour Mills Plc and the Nigeria Economic Summit Group (NESG). He also sits on the Boards of Mainstreet Technologies Limited, Cardinal Stone Partners, Okomu Oil Palm Plc, Christopher Kolade Foundation, FATE Foundation and the Nigeria Sovereign Investment Authority (NSIA).
Asue has been consistently ranked as a “Tier 1” or “Leading lawyer” in all of his areas of practice by the leading legal directories. He has authored many articles in leading law publications and also delivered several presentations on diverse subjects.
His hobbies include golfing, watching football, reading, traveling and participating in political discourse. He is married and has a daughter.

Mr. Apiafi has been a Management Consultant for over 30 years and a trainer for over 25 years. He has an MBA from Liverpool University and is a certified trainer of the JCI training institute in U.S.A. and Centre for Management Development in Nigeria.

He has a wide experience in Management Consultancy, having worked briefly with Coopers & Lybrand Associates (Management Consulting firm) and presently The Managing Director of Wider Perspective Limited, a Management Consulting firm that is engaged in Economic Analysis, MSME Development corporate strategy, Human Capital & Sustainable Development.
He was the Lead Consultant for the MSE Sector Study for the Niger Delta Regional Master Plan and the blueprint for development of One Village One Product in Nigeria. He was an associated expert of the Africa Project Development, a scheme of the International Finance Corporation, African Development Bank and 15 donor countries, for the development of SMEs in Africa. He was part of a study team of Nigerian leaders from the public and private sector to a workshop on development of SMEs in the Era of Globalization – The Relevance of the Israeli Experience.
He advises several public and private sector organization on strategy, leadership and marketing in Nigeria and other countries. His consulting and training work spans Nigeria, Cameroun, Ghana, Gabon, Tunisia, Benin Republic, Togo, Denmark and South Africa.
He is the Chairman of the Advisory Board Fate Foundation, Port – Harcourt and Chairman of the Board of Governors, Brookstone School, Port – Harcourt. He is actively involved in Junior Chamber International and was conferred with Senatorship of the organization in 1997 which qualifies him as a life member. He is a Council member of the Port – Harcourt Chamber of Commerce.

Oreoluwa is both an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria and the Nigerian Council of Registered Insurance Brokers. He is a Management & Sustainability professional with a strategic business executive skill set encompassing all areas of Operations Management from Business Development, Strategy, Project Management, Product Development, Sales, Underwriting, Reinsurance, and Claims Management.
Oreoluwa is a graduate of Lagos State University. He had previously worked with Femi Johnson & Company Limited and its successor firm, MarshFJC International Insurance Company Limited (Marsh Nigeria) – An MMC Group Company in various capacities in Operations, Broking, and Business Development including the role of Chief Operating Officer and Head of Sales.
